Where is From The Farm store located?
We are located in Berawa, Canggu - Bali. You can find more info and our maps location here.

What time does the store open?
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday to Sunday 9am-5pm.

Is From The Farm Indonesian owned and operated?
Yes we are! We founded our humble store back in 2019.

Are all your produce organic?
90% of the fresh produce we sell are organic. To find out about the details, please check product descriptions.

Do you carry Plant Based & Gluten Free products?
Absolutely! Our store carries a vast selection of plant-based and gluten free products that are locally produced without sacrificing flavor.

Is your packaging zero-waste?
We have bulk section in our store to refill your pantry without packaging. We still carry products that are in packaging due to safety and accessible reasons, though we're always developing our best for a zero-waste solution that works with the customers, store, and producers.

Can I bring my own jars into the store to refill?
Yes please! We encourage our customers to bring their own container to prevent single-use plastic packaging. We also offer a drop&collect service, should you want us to fill your jars without extra fee and save some time!

DELIVERY

Do you offer delivery service?
Yes everyday, 7 days a week! You can choose the delivery option during checkout. Find out more about it here.

But wait, my home is not in your delivery area?
Local courier option is available during check out, your package will be delivered between 2-3days depending on the location.

Do you ship outside of Bali?
Yes! We ship nationwide with local shipping courier we are partnered with.

Do you accept international orders?
We'll assist you with that! For international shipping, please contact us via email or whatsapp

What happens if I'm not home when you deliver my package?
Our daily delivery hours are between 12pm to 5pm. We ask you to please provide us with the correct address along with instructions on where to safely place the package. However if on the day you are unreacheable or unable to receive it and we are not able to drop off your package safely, we will keep it in our Berawa store for you to come and collect.
